Keyboard's fine for this game though.Freedom is everything. I played this game with a keyboard, so I don't know if it would work fone or not with a gamepad. And I've never seen the complete dlc pack on sale. So it acts like an ingame advertisement for dlcs. You also find them in the wild like cars in the base game, but you can't get them without buying the dlcs first. One annoying thing about the game is dlc cars. You unblock upgrades for each car by completing events in that car.

You unlock more cars by exploring the map and finding them in the wild, instead of saving up money and buying them.

Lots of drifting, lots of crashes, a bunch of cool cars, nice graphics for the time.

It's instead kinda like Burnout Paradise with licensed cars and cops. There's no customization, few upgrades per car, no storyline beyond 'you gotta get to the top of the most wanted list', no live action cutscenes. Though a lot of people expected it to be a successor/reboot of 2005's NFS: Most Wanted were disappointed in this game. I got it for free back on Origin and liked it.
